ScholarMatch, a fiscally sponsored project of 826 National, is a website and service that matches college-bound students in need of financial aid with potential donors. On ScholarMatch.org, students create online profiles that reflect their commitment to their academic future. Potential donors log on to the site, read the profiles, and decide which students they would like to support.
Not only does ScholarMatch help students with tuition, it also can lead to long-lasting relationships between students and donors. In this short video, learn more about how ScholarMatch works and see how these connections develop.
If you're interested in supporting one of the many talented ScholarMatch students, you can sign up to be a donor here. Or, if you are a student from the immediate San Francisco Bay Area and are interested in applying for scholarship funds through ScholarMatch, click here to submit a profile.
