INTERNSHIPS WITH 826 NATIONAL

General internships with 826 National
826 National interns help us coordinate projects, conduct research, run errands, offer administrative support, assist with national and local event-planning, update our website and lots more. Internships are unpaid and require a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and at least 16 weeks. Please see our intern page for more information.

INTERNSHIPS AT SCHOLARMATCH

ScholarMatch, the college-success project of 826 National, is looking for enthusiastic and talented interns to join our team.

As a ScholarMatch intern, you will volunteer at least 20 hours per week to assist with the day-to-day operations of a unique educational non-profit in the following areas: fundraising, student outreach, administrative, writing and editing, or design/web/tech projects.

We require potential applicants to have excellent oral and written communication skills, experience working with high school students, and a true interest in education and non-profit work. ScholarMatch is located in San Francisco's Mission District right across the street from 826 Valencia.

Interns are essential for our eight centers across the country to do all the amazing work they do. 826 interns assist on a wide variety of projects, including helping with student programs, updating databases, designing storefront products, producing events, and many, many other tasks. The requirements and commitments vary from chapter to chapter.
