826DC officially opens its doors on October 23rd

Attention all unnaturalists, aspiring unnaturalists, and Washington, DC residents! The event you've been anticipating for months is finally here. 826DC's community open house happens Saturday, October 23rd, from 12 to 4PM at 3233 14th St. NW (here's a map).

Come on by to learn all about 826DC's free student programming, including workshops, field trips, in-school projects, and after-school tutoring. You'll also be able to explore 826DC's storefront, The Museum of Unnatural History. The event is open to the public, so don't be shy about bringing friends and family.
