March Moustache Madness at 826

Moustaches aren’t just for looking snazzy. Now you can grow (or craft) your ‘stache to support 826 tutoring and writing programs! Throughout March, 826DC and 826 Boston are hosting their annual Moustache-a-Thons, during which participants are sponsored for growing impressive and unique upper lip hair. Contestants also meet up throughout the month for fun events where they can size up the competition and win prizes.

Here at 826 National we are especially excited because our very own CEO, Gerald Richards, has thrown down the gauntlet and joined the ranks of 826DC growers. He plans "to call on [his] inner Lando Calrissian and grow an intergalactic, Millennium Falcon style moustache." If that's not a reason to sponsor him, we don’t know what is!
