Not by straying from our mission, which puts fun and creativity first, but by infusing what we already do well into the equation,” said 826 National CEO Gerald Richards, who attended this year’s 2012 CGI America Meeting.
Thanks to Time Warner Cable, and our friends at the Coalition for Science After School, students in summer workshops held at 826LA, 826NYC, and 826 Valencia can now look forward to writing about the science behind ice cream and space exploration. We can’t wait to implement more exciting programming to help bring STEAM, which adds the arts to the STEM mix, to the forefront of education.
