826 Michigan's Monster Union, Local 826, releases CD

Enlisting some of their musician friends--Steve Amick, Scott Beal, Dave Lawson, No Exit, Tall Friends, Actual Birds, Mariah Cherem, and Ramshackle, to name a few--the monsters from 826michigan have released I Am Not a Philosopher, I Am Just a Green Monster, a collection of ten monster protest songs and three bonus tracks. Revolting against everything from nightlights to cramped closets, this collection illustrates many of the finer points of the strike.

I Am Not a Philosopher, I Am Just a Green Monster is available at the 826 Michigan online store. All proceeds benefit their student programming.
